1. بيٽرين کي انسٽال ڪريو. Open the battery compartment on the back of the scale. Insert the 3 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment.

Basic Weighing (Without App)

To measure only your weight:

1. Open the SinoHealth app on your smartphone.
2. Step onto the scale barefoot, ensuring your feet are in full contact with all four electrode pads.
3. Stand still. The scale will display your weight, and then the app will begin to receive and process your body composition data.
