To reset many Tybox models, press and hold the mode button or the configuration button for approximately 10 to 30 seconds until the display flashes or resets. Refer to your specific model's manual for exact reset procedures.
Download the Tydom app, create an account, and connect your Tydom hub to the internet. In the app, go to Settings > My Devices > Add a device, select the category (e.g., Heating, Alarm), and follow the on-screen prompts to put your device into association mode.
A solid green light generally indicates the Tydom box is connected to the internet and accessible locally and remotely. An orange light means it is connected to the local network but has no internet access. A red light indicates no network connection.
Most Delta Dore wireless transmitters (like Tybox or Tyxia) use alkaline AAA (LR03) batteries. Open the battery compartment, remove the old batteries, wait 1-2 minutes, and insert new ones observing the correct polarity.
The MAC address is located on a label on the back or bottom of the Tydom unit. You will typically need the last 6 characters of this address to register the device in the app.
