Universal Machine Wiring Diagram

Universal Machine Wiring Diagram. The two short wires above are for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi antennas. The diagram shows connections for GPS antenna, USB-2, USB-1, power cord, RCA plug, and SIM card slot. RCA functions include SUBWOOF OUT, RR OUT, RL OUT, FR OUT, FL OUT, AMP CONT (12V+), VIDEO IN 1, VIDEO IN 2, AUX R IN, AUX L IN, External MIC IN (3.5mm).

Special Vehicle Wiring Diagram

This diagram is similar to the universal wiring diagram but includes a CANBUS box and a dedicated car power cord. The two short wires above are for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi antennas. Connections include GPS antenna, USB-2, USB-1, CANBUS box, power cord, RCA plug, and SIM card slot. The RCA functions are the same as the universal diagram.

• The power cord and protocol box dedicated to the special vehicle are subject to the actual ones received.

• 10P Connector: Connect the reversing video input. The two short wires above this line are the Bluetooth antenna and the Wi-Fi antenna. Even if the reversing camera is not connected, this cable needs to be connected to the machine; otherwise, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi will not connect, and CarPlay and Android Auto will not function.
• 6P Connector: Connect USB-2.
• 4P Connector: Connect USB-1.
• 8P Connector: Connect the CANBUS box. If your product includes a CANBUS box, it must be connected to the 8-pin socket on the body; otherwise, some original car functions will not be available.
• 12P Connector: For 360-degree panoramic reversing image (only supported by some models).
• 20P RCA Plug: ڏانهن ڌيان ڏيو AMP CONT line. If your car supports speakers like JBL or BOSE, you may need to connect this cable to the on-off control of your car's power amplifier. If there is no sound, try connecting it.

To install the reversing camera, follow these steps:

1. Find the reverse control line on the unit's power line (usually pink). Connect this line to the 12V positive pole, and the screen will turn blue.
2. Locate the CAM video input interface on the back of the unit, and find the positive and negative of the backup light.
3. The camera has two sockets:
   • The red socket connects to the power cable.
   • The yellow socket inserts into the video cable.
   • The red wire of the power cable and the video cable are screwed together to the positive pole of the reverse lamp.
   • The black wire of the power cable is not used.
   • The other end of the video cable connects to the CAM video input interface on the back of the unit.
   • The red line coming out of the video line connects to the reversing control line of the power line.
4. If the camera is broken (e.g., the lamp properly wired to the camera does not light up), it will need to be replaced.

5.1. Main Interface and Features

The unit runs on Android 12 and offers a variety of functionalities including GPS navigation, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, CarPlay, Android Auto, and more.

5.3. Apple CarPlay

وائرڊ ڪنيڪشن: Connect your iPhone using a USB data cable. The unit will automatically enter the CarPlay interface.

وائرليس ڪنيڪشن: Turn on Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on your mobile phone, then connect via Bluetooth. The unit will automatically enter the CarPlay interface. Note: The signal is transmitted via Wi-Fi. If the Bluetooth function is turned off, it will still transmit normally. If Wi-Fi is turned off, CarPlay will disconnect.

5.4. Android آٽو

This feature may not be supported in all countries, and "Google Play" services must be available locally.

1. Download and install "Android Auto" software from "Google Play".
2. Use a mobile phone with Android 6.0 or higher and a valid data cable connection.

5.5. Mirrorlink (iPhone & Android)

iPhone Mirrorlink (Only some models support): When connected, the iPhone screen content will be projected onto the car screen. You cannot control your iPhone from the car screen.

Android Mirrorlink (Only some models support): After connecting an Android device via USB, you will be prompted to install an APP. Reconnect the data cable to enter screen mirroring mode. It can be operated from both the player screen and the phone screen. Only image transfer is successful; sound is transmitted after Bluetooth connection.

5.8. RDS Radio

The unit can receive traffic radio on FM frequencies 87.5~108.0MHz in real-time.

6.1. Cannot Boot Normally

1. وائرنگ چيڪ: Ensure the "Yellow" (BATTERY +12V), "Red" (ACC Ignition Switch), and "Black" (GND Ground) wires are correctly connected. Yellow to positive, Red to key control, Black to negative. Incorrect or incomplete connections will prevent booting.
2. Original Car Line Compatibility: If the original car line colors are non-standard, connecting directly might cause damage. Do not plug the original car plug directly into the new unit if it's not designed for it.
3. فيوز چيڪ: If the 3 wires are connected correctly but the unit doesn't boot, check the fuse on the yellow line. If the fuse is intact, twist the yellow and red wires together, turn on the key, and press the power button to test.

For testing, connect the yellow and red wires to a 12V battery's positive terminal and the black wire to the negative terminal. If it boots, the original car wiring is faulty. If not, the unit is broken.

6.2. Automatic Shut-down

1. Cable Error: If the blue cable (automatic antenna power supply) is connected to the unit's power cable, automatic shutdown will occur. Correct the wiring.

Replace the FUSE. If the problem persists, the internal circuit may be burned, requiring after-sales service.

6.8. Sound Cannot Be Adjusted

1. Reset the unit or unplug and replug the power cord.
2. If the volume knob is broken, it may need replacement.

6.9. Reversing Camera Not Displaying

1. Ensure the antenna plug is fully inserted. Check if the antenna or line is disconnected.

1. Check if the speaker cable is short-circuited and connected. Reconnect if necessary.
2. Verify the number of speaker cables. If only 2 speaker cables are present, the original car line does not match the unit. You may need to re-route the original car line. One speaker requires 2 wires; two speakers require 4 wires.

6.13. No Sound After A While

Disconnect all speaker cables from the unit (do not remove them). Find an external speaker and connect it to the gray and purple wires of the unit's tail line. Connect any green group, and check for sound. If there is sound, the car's speaker line is short-circuited or the speaker is damaged. If there is no sound, the unit is broken.
