2. اھم حفاظت جا خبردار
⚠ WARNING: Please mind potential fire risk and strictly follow the instruction manual for charging and storage of batteries. Batteries are NOT included with this kit.
- This product is only suitable for three-wheeled bicycles. It cannot be used for two-wheeled or multi-wheeled bicycles.
- Modifying a tricycle requires a certain level of hands-on ability. If you are unsure about the installation process, it is highly recommended to seek assistance from a professional repair shop.

4. انسٽاليشن گائيڊ
Before beginning installation, ensure your tricycle is stable and powered off. It is recommended to have basic mechanical and electrical knowledge. If you are not confident, please consult a professional.
4.1 Tools Required (Not Included):

- Multimeter (for checking connections)
- Battery (1* DC 48V, or 2* 24V, or 4* 12V >20Ah batteries)
- Battery charger (compatible with your chosen battery)
4.2 Component Installation Steps:
- موٽر لڳائڻ:
Mount the brushless DC motor securely to the tricycle frame using appropriate mounting hardware. Ensure the motor's sprocket aligns with the tricycle's drive wheel for chain installation.

Attach the new sprocket to the tricycle's drive wheel. Install the chain, connecting the motor's sprocket to the tricycle's drive sprocket. Adjust chain tension to ensure smooth operation without excessive slack or tightness.

The motor controller is the central unit for managing power. Connect the motor wires, battery wires, throttle wires, brake wires, and headlight wires to the controller. Refer to the wiring diagram (if provided with the physical product) for precise connections. Use the provided junction box to protect wire connectors.

Install the throttle with the LED display on the handlebar. Connect its wires to the controller. Mount the brake levers on the handlebars and connect their wires to the controller. Ensure the brake levers are positioned comfortably for easy access.

Mount the LED headlight in a suitable position on the front of the tricycle. Connect its wires to the designated headlight output on the controller.

Connect your 48V battery pack (not included) to the controller's battery input. Ensure correct polarity (+ to + and - to -). Secure the battery pack to the tricycle frame.

Double-check all connections for tightness and correct wiring. Ensure no wires are pinched or exposed. Test the system in a safe, open area before full use.
5. آپريٽنگ هدايتون
- پاور آن:
Turn the key (if applicable) or press the power button to activate the system. The LED display on the throttle should light up, indicating the current voltagاي ۽ بيٽري جي سطح.
- ٿلهو ڪنٽرول:
Gently twist the throttle to engage the motor. The motor will provide assistance, propelling the tricycle forward. Increase or decrease throttle input to control speed.

Apply the brake levers to slow down or stop. The brake levers are designed to cut off power to the motor when engaged, ensuring safe stopping.
- ايل اي ڊي هيڊ لائيٽ:
Use the headlight switch (if provided) to turn the LED headlight on or off for improved visibility during low-light conditions.
- بيٽري جي نگراني:
Continuously monitor the battery level displayed on the throttle. A lower voltage indicates a lower battery charge. Recharge the battery promptly when the level is low to avoid unexpected power loss.
6. سار سنڀال
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your electric tricycle conversion kit.
- صفائي: Keep the motor, controller, and other components clean and free from dirt, dust, and moisture. Use a damp cloth for cleaning; avoid direct water spray.

- Always use a compatible charger for your battery.
- Do not overcharge or completely discharge the battery.

- ڪنيڪشن چيڪ: Periodically inspect all electrical connections for tightness and signs of wear or corrosion. Ensure all wires are properly insulated.

- عام چڪاس: Regularly check all mounting bolts and fasteners to ensure they are secure.

8. استعمال ڪندڙ ٽوٽڪا
- بيٽري جي چونڊ: For optimal performance and range, choose high-quality 48V batteries with sufficient capacity (>20Ah).
