Step-by-Step Swaddling

1. Place Baby: Lay your baby on their back inside the Sleepsack Swaddle. Ensure their shoulders are below the top of the swaddle.
2. Secure Inner Zipper: Zip the main zipper from bottom to top, ensuring it is fully closed and the fabric is smooth.
3. Choose Swaddle Style:
   • Arms-In: Position both of your baby's arms down at their sides. Wrap the left wing snugly across your baby's torso and tuck it under their right arm. Secure the Velcro. Repeat with the right wing, wrapping it over the left and securing the Velcro. This helps reduce the startle reflex.
   • One-Arm-Out: Position one arm inside the swaddle as described above, and leave the other arm free. Wrap the wings accordingly. This allows for self-soothing.
   • Two-Arms-Out (Transition): Leave both arms free. Wrap the wings around your baby's torso, securing them under the arms or around the waist. This is ideal for transitioning your baby out of swaddling.
