The Shure PSM300 Stereo Personal Monitor System provides 24-bit digital audio and wireless connectivity across the stage. It incorporates Audio Reference Companding technology for clear sound with minimal noise. The system offers reliable wireless coverage over a range of 300 ft. (90 m), designed to minimize signal dropouts. The P3TR112GR system includes SE112 Sound Isolating Earphones, which deliver clear audio with deep bass and up to 37 dB of ambient noise reduction.

Setting up your PSM300 system is designed for ease of use, featuring one-touch frequency scan and sync to quickly find and assign a clear wireless channel.
3.1. Transmitter Installation
- Connect the 1/4 wave antenna to the antenna port on the rear of the P3T Transmitter.
- Connect the power supply to the transmitter and plug it into an appropriate power outlet.
- Connect your audio source (e.g., mixing console) to the audio inputs on the rear of the P3T Transmitter. The system supports both line and auxiliary inputs.
- If rack-mounting, use the provided rack mount and hardware kits to secure the transmitter in a standard equipment rack.
3.2. Bodypack Receiver Preparation
- Open the battery compartment on the P3R Bodypack Receiver and insert the 2 AA batteries provided.
- Connect the SE112 Sound Isolating Earphones to the 1/8 inch (3.5mm) headphone jack on the top of the bodypack receiver.
3.3. Frequency Scan and Sync
- Power on the P3T Transmitter.
- On the P3T Transmitter, initiate a frequency scan to find an available, clear channel.
- Power on the P3R Bodypack Receiver.
- Use the sync function on the bodypack receiver to automatically match the frequency of the transmitter. This typically involves aligning the IR ports of both devices and pressing a sync button.

4.1. Bodypack Receiver Controls
