1. Attaching Your GoPro
The VILTA gimbal is compatible with GoPro models Hero 3, 4, 5, and 6. For GoPro Hero 3 and 4, use the included camera pocket. For Hero 5 and 6, the camera fits directly into the gimbal's mount.
- Slide your GoPro camera into the designated port on the gimbal head.
- Ensure it locks securely into place.

2. Powering On and Calibration
- Ensure the gimbal's axis is unlocked.
- Press and hold the power button to turn on the VILTA gimbal.
- The VILTA will automatically calibrate itself.
3. Pairing with GoPro
To enable direct control of your GoPro from the gimbal, pair the devices:
- On your GoPro, navigate to the "Connect New Device" menu.
- Select "Smart Remote" or "Capture App" as prompted.
- Confirm the connection. Once connected, you can record directly using the gimbal's shutter button.

Controls and Modes
The VILTA gimbal features intuitive controls for various shooting modes:

- 4-Way Joystick: Allows for manual shooting settings and precise control over gimbal movement.
- Quick Operational Modes: Includes selfie, follow, semi-follow, lock, center alignment, vertical, flashlight mode, up-side down mode, and more.

The VILTA gimbal's battery provides approximately 6 to 8 hours of operation. It features two micro USB ports for charging. An additional battery can be purchased separately to extend working time.
The gimbal base and handle batteries are independent systems.
GoPro Accessory Compatibility
The VILTA gimbal is designed for seamless integration with GoPro accessories. Simply flip the tabs on the gimbal base and attach it to any standard GoPro mount, such as tripods, helmets, or suction cups.

Freevision App Integration
The FREEVISION App enhances your gimbal experience with features such as noise cancellation, motion control, quick and professional settings, real-time preview, and firmware upgrades. Performance mode can be switched in the app for extreme high stability accuracy, though it may introduce some motor noise.

While the motor may produce some minimal noise, especially in performance mode, this is a normal operational characteristic and not an indication of a fault requiring maintenance.

1. Gimbal Noise
In normal mode, the gimbal may produce some noise. In silent mode, it is more bearable. This is a known characteristic. If high audio quality is critical, consider using the "DE noising" option in the FREEVISION App or using the gimbal in environments where ambient noise can mask the motor sound.
2. GoPro Pairing Issues
If your GoPro fails to pair consistently with the gimbal, try the following:
- Ensure both the GoPro and the VILTA gimbal are fully charged.
