The Wahoo ELEMNT BOLT V1 is a GPS cycling computer designed for performance and navigation. Its patented aerodynamic design integrates the computer and mount into a single system. Upon unboxing your ELEMNT BOLT, ensure all components are present: the ELEMNT BOLT unit, the built-in external aero mount, a stem mount, and a charging cable. Before first use, fully charge the device using the provided USB charging cable. The charging port is located on the side of the unit.

2. Mounting the ELEMNT BOLT
The ELEMNT BOLT comes with two mounting options: an integrated aero out-front mount and a stem mount. For optimal aerodynamics and visibility, the out-front mount is recommended.
Aero Out-Front Mount Installation:
- Position the aero mount in front of your handlebars, ensuring it is centered.
- Use the included hex key to tighten the bolt securely around the handlebar. Do not overtighten.
- Slide the ELEMNT BOLT onto the mount until it clicks into place.

Stem Mount Installation:
- Place the stem mount on your bike's stem.
- Secure it with the provided zip ties or rubber bands.

3. Companion App Setup
The Wahoo ELEMNT companion app is essential for configuring your ELEMNT BOLT. Download the free app from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android).
- Open the ELEMNT companion app on your smartphone.
- Turn on your ELEMNT BOLT by pressing the power button.
