1. Download the meross App
ڳولھيو 'meross' in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or scan the QR code provided in the Quick Installation Guide (if available) to download the app.
2. Initial Device Pairing
- Plug the MSS620 into an outlet near your main Wi-Fi router during the initial setup process.
- Press and hold the power button on the smart plug for 5 seconds until the Status LED begins to flash slowly (red). This indicates the device is in configuration mode.
- Open the meross app and follow the in-built setup wizard for configuration.
- During the setup, you will connect your phone to the Wi-Fi network broadcast by the smart plug (e.g., 'Meross_SW_xxxx').
- Then, you will provide your home Wi-Fi network credentials to the app to connect the smart plug to your home network.

3. Integrate with Voice Assistants
After successful setup in the meross app, you can link your device to Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant:
