- Ensure the appliance is pre-heated (ready-to-cook light on).

2. Barbecue Mode (Open Position)
For grilling larger quantities or different types of food simultaneously, using both plates as an open grill surface.
- Ensure the appliance is pre-heated.
- Open the lid fully until it lies flat, creating a double cooking surface.
- Place food on both the bottom and top plates.
- Cook, turning food as needed, until desired doneness is achieved.
- Remove food carefully.
3. Mini-Oven Mode (Adjustable Height)
This mode allows the top plate to hover above the food, providing indirect heat for melting cheese or warming items without direct contact.
- Ensure the appliance is pre-heated.
