2. Install Waterproof Board: After installing the shower base, install waterproof board. This will decrease the opening by approximately 1 inch.
3. Install Tile/Finishing Material: Installing tile or other finishing material will further decrease the opening by approximately 1 inch. Use the "finished opening" measurement when selecting a shower door.
4. Prepare Subfloor: Ensure the subfloor is level and structurally sound. A mortar bed installation is required for structural support.

5.3 Shower Door Installation

The Aqua Fold shower door is designed for installation after the shower base and wall finishes are complete. Refer to the detailed instructions provided with the door assembly for specific steps.
