- Insert four (4) AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).

4.2. Attaching the Arm Cuff

- Firmly insert the air tube connector into the air jack on the side of the blood pressure monitor. Ensure a snug fit.

5.1. ماپ وٺڻ کان اڳ
- Avoid eating, drinking alcohol, smoking, or exercising for at least 30 minutes before measurement.
- Rest for 5 minutes before taking a measurement.

5.2. آرم ڪف کي لاڳو ڪرڻ
- پنهنجي کاٻي هٿ کي ڪف لوپ ذريعي سلائڊ ڪريو. هوا جي ٽيوب کي توهان جي هٿ جي اندران هلڻ گهرجي.
- Position the cuff so the bottom edge is approximately 1-2 cm (0.4-0.8 inches) above your elbow. The artery mark on the cuff should align with your brachial artery.
- Wrap the cuff snugly around your upper arm, securing it with the hook-and-loop fastener. Ensure it is not too tight or too loose.

5.3. ماپ کڻڻ
- With the cuff correctly applied and your arm positioned, press the START بٽڻ
- The cuff will automatically inflate to a suitable level. The monitor uses advanced technology to customize inflation for comfort.
- Once inflation is complete, the cuff will slowly deflate, and your blood pressure (systolic and diastolic) and pulse rate will be displayed on the large LCD screen.
- The monitor will also display a colored gauge next to the readings to help interpret the result.
- If an irregular heartbeat is detected, an indicator will appear on the display.
- The measurement will automatically be stored in the device's memory.
- To stop a measurement at any time, press the START ٻيهر بٽڻ.

The Medline Advanced Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor can store up to 90 measurements for 3 users, allowing you to track your health progress over time.
6.1. Accessing Stored Readings

- The display will show the average of the last three readings.
