2. Visor Installation and Adjustment

If removed for cleaning or replacement, align the visor's tabs with the helmet's receiver slots and press firmly until it clicks into place. Test the visor's movement to ensure smooth opening and closing.

3. PINLOCK Lens Installation (if applicable)

The PINLOCK lens is designed to prevent fogging. To install, gently flex the visor flat and align the PINLOCK lens pins with the eccentric posts on the inside of the visor. Press the lens onto the pins, ensuring the silicone bead creates a seal around the edge. Release the visor to allow it to return to its natural curve, securing the lens in place.

Hand wash them with mild soap and cold water. Allow them to air dry completely before re-installing. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
