This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Bisofice D1002 TAM-T Cordless Phone System. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device to ensure proper functionality and to prevent damage.

سيٽ اپ جون هدايتون
1. اجزاء اوورview

2. بيٽري لڳائڻ
- هر هينڊ سيٽ جي پوئين پاسي بيٽري جي ڪمپارٽمينٽ جو ڍڪ کوليو.
- Insert the provided AAA rechargeable batteries, observing the correct polarity (+ and -).
- بيٽري جي ڪمري واري ڍڪ کي محفوظ طور تي بند ڪريو.
3. بيس يونٽ کي ڳنڍڻ
- Connect one end of the telephone line cord to the LINE jack on the main base unit.
- ٽيليفون لائن جي ڪنڊ جي ٻئي ڇيڙي کي پنهنجي ٽيليفون وال جيڪ سان ڳنڍيو.
- Plug one power adapter into the DC 6V jack on the main base unit.
- پاور اڊاپٽر کي معياري برقي آئوٽليٽ ۾ لڳايو.
- Place one handset on the main base unit to charge.
4. Connecting Additional Charging Bases
- Plug the remaining power adapters into the DC 6V jacks on the additional charging bases.
- Plug these power adapters into standard electrical outlets.
- Place the remaining handsets on their respective charging bases to charge.
5. شروعاتي چارج
Allow all handsets to charge for at least 12-15 hours before initial use to ensure optimal battery performance.
آپريٽنگ هدايتون
1. بنيادي ڪال فنڪشن
- ڪال ڪرڻ: Enter the phone number using the number keys, then press the Talk/Dial بٽڻ
- ڪال جو جواب ڏيڻ جڏهن فون جي گھنٽي وڄي، دٻايو Talk/Dial بٽڻ
- ڪال ختم ڪرڻ: کي دٻايو پڄاڻي / طاقت بٽڻ
- ٻيهر ورجائڻ کي دٻايو ريڊيل/روڪ بٽڻ دٻايو آخري نمبر ٻيهر ڊائل ڪرڻ لاءِ.
- روڪ: استعمال ڪريو ريڊيل/روڪ button during dialing to insert a pause.
- خاموش: کي دٻايو Mute/OK/Menu button during a call to mute your microphone. Press again to unmute.

2. Answering Machine (Main Base Unit)
The main base unit features an integrated answering machine with up to 240 minutes of recording capacity.

- Recording Announcements: You can record two group announcements. The maximum memo recording is 120 seconds. Refer to the detailed manual section for specific steps to record your outgoing message.

3. فون بڪ
The phonebook can store up to 50 entries, each with a maximum of 12 characters for the name and 20 digits for the number.

- Viewing Entries: کي دٻايو Phonebook/Back button to access the phonebook. Use the navigation keys to scroll.

4. ڪالر ID
The phone supports Caller ID, displaying the number of incoming calls. It stores 30 incoming numbers and 10 outgoing numbers.
- Viewڪال لاگ: Access the call log through the menu to view incoming and outgoing calls.
5. Multi-Handset Connection & Conference Calls
The system supports connecting up to 5 handsets to one base unit. Each handset can also be registered to up to 4 base units.

The system also supports three-way conference calls between an external call and two handsets.

6. ٻولي سيٽنگون
The handset interface offers 16 language options:
- Portuguese, Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Hungarian, Greek, Polish, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Turkish, Russian, and Ukrainian.
To change the language, navigate to the settings menu on the handset and select 'Language'.

7. Ringtones and Flash Time
- رائوٽيون: Choose from 10 selectable ringtones. Volume is adjustable. Different melodies can be assigned for various call types.
- Flash Time: The flash time (100/300/600/1000 ms) can be adjusted to suit different telephone lines or automatic intermediaries.
سار سنڀال
- صفائي: نرم استعمال ڪريو، ڊيamp cloth to clean the phone and base units. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- بيٽري جي سنڀال: Ensure batteries are fully charged regularly. If the phone will not be used for an extended period, remove the batteries.
