Before first use, ensure both the earbuds and the charging capsule are fully charged.

1. Place the earbuds into the charging capsule.
2. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the port on the charging capsule and plug the other end into a compatible USB power source.
3. The LED indicator on the front of the capsule will show charging status (amber for charging, green for fully charged).
4. The charging capsule also supports wireless charging. Place the capsule on a compatible wireless charging pad.

A full charge for the carrying case takes approximately 1 hour.

If you experience connectivity issues or other malfunctions, try resetting your earbuds:

1. Delete "The Impact Earbuds" from the Bluetooth settings on your device.
2. Place both earbuds back into the charging capsule.
3. While the earbuds are in the capsule, hold the center Reset button for 5 seconds or until the capsule LED flashes yellow 3 times.
4. Close the capsule to complete the reset function.
5. Re-pair the earbuds with your device as described in the "Pairing with Your Device" section.

Earbuds Will Not Charge

If your earbuds are not charging, follow these steps:

1. Ensure the charging case is charged. The LED on the front should be amber (charging) or green (charged).
2. Confirm there is nothing blocking the earbuds from making proper contact with the charging pins inside the case. Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case if necessary.
3. Insert earbuds firmly into the case. A blinking amber LED on the front of the case indicates that the earbuds are charging.
