The PL-220 is designed for laminating documents up to letter/legal size, offering robust performance for various office and personal needs.

- The laminator generates heat. Avoid touching the lamination slot or rollers during and immediately after use to prevent burns.
- Never insert objects other than laminating pouches into the machine.

The Zebra PL-220 is a durable, all-metal thermal laminator featuring a 23 cm (9 inch) entry width, suitable for letter and legal size documents. It utilizes a 4-roller system for smooth, bubble-free lamination.

- POWER Indicator (Red): جڏهن مشين آن ٿيندي آهي ته روشني ٿيندي آهي.
- READY Indicator (Green): Illuminates when the machine has reached the selected operating temperature.
- TEMP °C Dial: Used to select the desired lamination temperature (80°C to 180°C).
- HOT/COLD Switch: Selects between thermal (hot) and pressure-sensitive (cold) lamination modes.
- FORWARD/REVERSE Switch: Controls the direction of the rollers. Use REVERSE to clear jams.

5. آپريٽنگ هدايتون
5.1 Thermal Lamination (Hot)
- پاور آن: Flip the ON/OFF switch to 'ON'. The red POWER indicator will light up.
- موڊ چونڊيو: Set the HOT/COLD switch to 'HOT'.
- درجه حرارت مقرر ڪريو: Rotate the TEMP °C dial to the appropriate temperature for your laminating pouch thickness. Refer to the table below for recommended settings.
- اڳي گرم ڪرڻ: Allow 2 to 3 minutes for the machine to preheat. The green READY indicator will light up when the selected temperature is reached.
- دستاويز تيار ڪريو: Place your document inside a laminating pouch, ensuring it is centered and there is an even border around the document.
- ليمينيٽ: Insert the sealed edge of the laminating pouch squarely into the entry slot. The machine will automatically feed the pouch through. Do not pull or push the pouch.

- بجلي بند: After use, turn the ON/OFF switch to 'OFF' and unplug the machine.
5.2 Recommended Temperature Settings
The optimal temperature depends on the thickness of your laminating pouch. Using a carrier is recommended for thinner pouches or delicate documents to prevent adhesive bleed and ensure smooth feeding.

5.3 ٿڌي ليمينيشن
For heat-sensitive documents or self-adhesive pouches, use the cold lamination setting.
- پاور آن: Flip the ON/OFF switch to 'ON'.

If a laminating pouch is misfed or begins to jam, immediately flip the FORWARD/REVERSE switch to 'REVERSE' to eject the pouch. Once the pouch is clear, return the switch to 'FORWARD' or 'OFF'.
