The EMEET C980 PRO can be easily mounted on top of your monitor or laptop screen. Its flexible stand allows for multi-angle positioning to achieve the best view. For alternative setups, the webcam features a 1/4-inch nut interface for tripod mounting (tripod sold separately).

The EMEET C980 PRO is plug-and-play and generally does not require driver installation for basic functionality. For advanced image customization and firmware updates, download and install the EMEETLINK software from the official EMEET website. This software allows you to adjust settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness, saturation, and white balance.

Once connected, your EMEET C980 PRO webcam should be automatically recognized by your operating system and video conferencing applications. It is compatible with Windows (Win 10, 11), macOS (10.14+), and Android TV 7.0+. Please note that it is not supported on Linux, tablets, ARM Windows, TVs, or game consoles. The webcam supports major platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Cisco Webex, and FaceTime.

4.2 Image and Audio Quality
The 4K UHD CMOS 6P lens ensures high-quality video. For optimal clarity with the fixed focus lens, ensure subjects are within approximately 6 to 10 inches (15-25 cm) of the camera. The 4 noise-canceling microphones and 2 AI-speakers provide clear audio input and output.

4.3 رازداري تحفظ
The EMEET C980 PRO includes a magnetic webcam cover. To ensure privacy, simply attach the cover over the lens when the webcam is not in use. This physical barrier prevents unintended video capture.

- Check your computer's privacy settings to ensure camera and microphone access is granted to applications.
- Verify that the EMEET C980 PRO is selected as the default camera, microphone, and speaker in your video conferencing application settings.
- Washed Out or Poor Image Quality:
- Ensure adequate lighting in your environment. While the webcam performs well, sufficient ambient light is crucial for optimal image quality.
- Avoid strong backlighting, which can cause subjects to appear underexposed.
- Use the EMEETLINK software to adjust brightness, contrast, and white balance settings.
