• Do not jump on the scale or drop heavy objects on it, as this may damage the tempered glass platform.
• This scale is designed for household use only. It is not intended for medical or commercial purposes.
• Individuals with pacemakers or other internal medical devices should consult their physician before using the body composition feature, as it uses Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA).

4.1 بيٽري لڳائڻ

1. اسڪيل جي هيٺئين پاسي بيٽري جي خاني کي ڳوليو.
2. بيٽري جي ڪمري واري ڍڪ کي کوليو.
3. Insert the 2 lithium batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -).

5.1 Basic Weight Measurement

5.2 Body Composition Measurement (User Profile سيٽ اپ ڪريو)

To utilize the body composition features (body fat, body water, muscle mass), you must set up a user profile. The scale can store up to 8 user profiles.

1. Press the "SET" button to enter user setup mode.
2. Use the "UP" or "DOWN" arrow buttons to select a user number (P1-P8). Press "SET" to confirm.
3. Enter your gender (Male/Female) using the arrow buttons and confirm with "SET".
4. Enter your height using the arrow buttons and confirm with "SET".
5. Enter your age using the arrow buttons and confirm with "SET".
6. Select "Normal" or "Athlete" mode. Athlete mode is for individuals who engage in intense physical activity (e.g., 10+ hours/week) and have a resting heart rate of approximately 60 beats per minute or less. Confirm with "SET".
