The ACG Wireless Gaming Headset is an over-ear headset designed for extended gaming sessions. It features intuitive controls on the earcups, a flexible boom microphone with advanced noise cancellation, and a comfortable adjustable headband. The headset connects wirelessly via a dedicated USB dongle or can be used wired with the included cable.

Before first use, fully charge the headset. Connect the included USB-C charging cable to the headset's charging port and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter). The charging indicator light will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours and provides up to 45 hours of battery life.

Wireless Connection (USB Dongle)
- Insert the USB wireless dongle into an available USB port on your PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch (docked mode), PC, or Mac.
- Power on the headset by pressing and holding the power button until the indicator light illuminates.
- The headset will automatically pair with the dongle. A solid indicator light on the headset confirms a successful connection.
- On your device, ensure the headset is selected as the audio output and input device in the sound settings.

For wired use, connect the USB-C charging cable to the headset and the other end to your device's USB port. This mode is suitable for devices that do not support wireless audio or when battery is low.

The headset features a triple-layer noise-canceling microphone. This technology combines physical isolation, DSP processing, and AI-driven noise reduction to ensure clear voice transmission. To mute/unmute the microphone, use the dedicated microphone mute button on the earcup. Position the microphone boom approximately 1-2 inches from your mouth for optimal voice pickup.
Bluetooth Pairing (if applicable)
The headset supports Bluetooth 5.3. To pair with a Bluetooth-enabled device:
