2. Door Compatibility Check

To connect your smart lock to the Philips Home Access app:

1. Download the Philips Home Access app from your device's app store.

• Ensure your Wi-Fi connection is stable.
• The lock only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks.
• Keep the router and lock within 65ft (20m) and avoid walls or interference sources like microwaves.
• Too many devices connected to your Wi-Fi may affect the lock's connection.
• Ensure the lock's firmware and app are up-to-date.

5. PIN Code and Fingerprint Setup

You can add permanent, recurring, duration-based, or one-time PIN codes, and register up to 20 fingerprints for quick access.
