Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your CUKTECH Magnetic Power Bank WPB100L.
3.1 پاور بئنڪ کي چارج ڪرڻ
- Connect the built-in USB-C cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a USB-C port on a computer.
- Alternatively, use an external USB-C to USB-C cable to connect the power bank's USB-C port to a power adapter.
- The indicator lights on the power bank will illuminate to show the charging status. A solid green light indicates a full charge.

4.1 Charging Devices Wirelessly (Magnetic)
This feature is designed for iPhone 12/13/14/15/16 series. For optimal magnetic attachment and charging, use bare phones or phones with magnetic-compatible cases.
- Align the back of your compatible iPhone with the magnetic charging area on the power bank.
- The power bank will magnetically snap into place and begin wireless charging automatically.
- The wireless charging indicator light on the power bank will activate.
Note: The magnetic feature is not compatible with Android devices. Android devices supporting wireless charging can still be charged wirelessly, but without magnetic alignment.

4.2 Charging Devices via Cable
The power bank offers both a built-in USB-C cable and an additional USB-C port for wired charging.

- It is normal for the power bank to become slightly warm during charging or discharging, especially during heavy use like gaming or streaming. The internal temperature control system ensures it remains within a safe operating range.

- پاور بينڪ کي نرم، سڪل ڪپڙي سان صاف ڪريو. سخت ڪيميڪل يا رگڙيندڙ مواد استعمال نه ڪريو.
- جڏهن استعمال ۾ نه هجي ته پاور بئنڪ کي ٿڌي، سڪل جاءِ تي اسٽور ڪريو.
- جيڪڏهن گهڻي عرصي تائين ذخيرو ڪري رهيا آهيو، ته پوءِ بيٽري جي صحت کي برقرار رکڻ لاءِ پاور بينڪ کي هر ٽن مهينن ۾ تقريباً 50 سيڪڙو چارج ڪريو.
7. مسئلا حل ڪرڻ
- پاور بينڪ چارج نه ٿي رهيو آهي:

- Confirm your device supports wireless charging and is properly aligned with the power bank's magnetic area. Remove any thick cases that may interfere with wireless charging. Remember, the magnetic alignment feature is primarily for iPhone 12-16 series.
- ڊوائيس ڪيبل ذريعي چارج نه ٿي رهيو آهي:
- Check if the cable is securely connected to both the power bank and your device. Try a different cable or port to rule out a faulty connection.
- Power bank feels warm:
- A slight warmth during operation is normal. If the power bank becomes excessively hot, disconnect it immediately and contact customer support.
