This device is designed to provide soothing heat and optional vibration massage to the lower back area, promoting relaxation and temporary relief from minor muscle aches. Please read this manual thoroughly before use to ensure safe and proper operation. Keep this manual for future reference.

- Heat Setting Button: Cycles through 3 heating levels (Low, Medium, High).
- Vibration Setting Button: Activates and cycles through vibration modes (if applicable).
4. سيٽ اپ
- پيڪ ڪريو: Carefully remove the Heated Back Wrap Massager and all accessories from the packaging.
- پاور Connectنيو: Insert the Micro USB end of the provided USB cable into the USB power port on the massager. Connect the standard USB-A end of the cable to a compatible 5V 2A USB power source (e.g., a wall adapter or a portable power bank, not included).
- پوزيشن: Wrap the massager around your lower back, ensuring the heating elements are positioned over the desired area. Secure the belt using the hook and loop fasteners. If needed, attach the belt extender for a more comfortable fit.

5. آپريٽنگ هدايتون
پاور آن / آف:
- Press and hold the Power button for approximately 2-3 seconds to turn the device ON.
- Press and hold the Power button again for 2-3 seconds to turn the device OFF.

The massager features 3 heating levels. Once the device is powered on:
- Press the Heat Setting button to cycle through the available heat levels.
- Each press will change the heat intensity (e.g., Low, Medium, High, Off).
- Observe the indicator lights on the control panel to identify the current heat level.
Activating Vibration Massage:
The massager offers an optional vibration massage mode:
- Press the Vibration Setting button to activate the vibration function.
- Subsequent presses will cycle through different vibration patterns or intensities, or turn the vibration off.
- Refer to the control panel indicators for the active vibration mode.
It is recommended to start with the lowest heat and vibration settings and gradually increase to a comfortable level. Do not use for extended periods without breaks.
