The recommended sag for the Dissent Carbon is 25%, seated with your riding kit on. Ensure the bike is on a level surface and adjust using a shock pump before altering rebound and compression.
Alloy pedals have 'L' (non-drive side) and 'R' (drive side) markings on the axle. Plastic pedals have 'L' and 'R' molded into the body. Thread the left pedal anti-clockwise and the right pedal clockwise into the cranks with an 8mm hex key.
The Dissent Carbon features three main pivot positions allowing adjustment between 21%, 25%, and 28% progression. To change between the 21% and 28% settings, loosen the main pivot axle, adjust the flip switch to the desired position, and tighten the axle to 25Nm.
